Return Policy​

The Warren-Walker Promise Foundation Refund Policy is outlined below:

  • We will not refund donations – This applies to cash, check, credit card donations, “In-kind” donations, and/or items which are donated to the foundation to be used as auction items in fundraising events, or as prizes.

  • We will refund purchase prices of tickets to fundraising events in which the Warren-Walker Promise Foundation has solicited the original sale of the tickets, provided those refunds are requested a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

  • We will not refund the purchase price of “third-party” sales of tickets to fundraising events unless the money used to purchase those tickets has been transferred by the “third-party” to the foundation.  Returns under these conditions must be requested a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event.  For any other requested ticket refunds please refer to the policy of the “third-party” ticket seller.

  • All sales of donated items, which are auctioned off, live or silent, at any event are considered final unless the item purchased was damaged at the time of purchase during the event.

  • We will not refund the purchase price of any item purchased at a fundraising event that is considered a food or a drink.

 

This Refund Policy may be amended or changed as conditions warrant, or as required by applicable law.
